油封一般安装在运动件与固定件之间,利用自身的弹力或紧度,使配合件获得较好的密封,既阻止内部润滑油的泄漏,又防止外部灰尘、污物和水气的侵入。 1.油封及其配合件的检查 (1) 橡胶油封的骨架不能外露,表面应光滑平整,无缺陷。 (2) 铁壳油封的牛皮应光滑、无皱褶、无裂纹、未腐烂和未硬化变质。铁壳外圆无麻点,圆度不超差。
