随着自动化控制技术的发展,基于PLC的PID控制功能开始广泛应用于工业生产的各个领域,该控制方式实际是一种算法,学习起来难于理解,调整也很复杂。为了使工程技术人员能够利用PLC仿真学习PID控制知识,快速掌握PID控制规律,本文在讲解了PID控制的工作原理后,又介绍了西门子S7_300/400系列PLC的PID控制功能功能块SFB41-SFB43,以及在PLC_SIM中实现仿真的方法,再使用工程整定法通过实际调整PID参数,观察调整的效果,应证PID调节规律,找到适合的PID参数值,由浅入深,全盘掌握PID控制知识。
