刘某,女,48岁。因体重不断增加,近3年来平均每年增加5kg 而口服芬氟拉明(上海医药工业研究所实验药厂,批号910807)20mg,2次/d。1周后腹痛、口干,除正常进餐外,饮水量增加1000ml/d 左右,但尿量无增加。第2周出现下肢、面部轻度水肿。第3周出现上下肢、面部、手背严重水肿,同时伴有头晕、恶心、精神状况差,难以坚持工作,于1991年12月20日住院。查
