常规液体菌种制备生产繁锁,设备较多,较难普及推广。为了寻找液体菌种的简单制备方法,本人进行了多次试验,初步取得了成功。现简报如下: 1.培养液配方玉米粉50克,蔗糖10克,磷酸二氢钾3克,硫酸镁1.5克,维生素B_1微量,水1000毫升。 2.供试品种“Hp-1”平菇品种。 3.制备方法将玉米粉加水煮沸5分钟,过滤,再加其它成份,最终体积为1000毫升,装入容量为500毫升的三角瓶,每瓶装100毫升,灭菌。挑取黄豆大小的斜面菌种接入三角瓶内,静置24小时后,每隔4-
