作者报道了用乙胺碘呋酮治疗21例顽固性心律失常的临床观察。本组病例包括频发室性期前收缩及短阵室速各3例、阵发室上性心动过速4例、阵发心房颤动5例、持续心房颤动或搏动3例、病窦(快慢综合征)2例及预激症候群1例。他们均曾用多种常用抗心律失常药未获明显疗效。
The authors report the clinical observation of 21 cases of refractory arrhythmia with amiodarone. This group of patients, including frequent ventricular contraction and paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia in 3 cases, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in 4 cases, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in 5 cases, persistent atrial fibrillation or beating in 3 cases, sick sinus Syndrome) in 2 cases and pre-shock syndrome in 1 case. They have not been significantly effective with a variety of commonly used antiarrhythmic drugs.
