On February 1, 2015, the Central Government released the document No.1 on 2015, “Several Opinions on Enhancing Reform and Innovation and Accelerating Agricultural Modernization.” This is the twelfth year in a row focusing on the issue of “agriculture, farmer and country”. The document is divided into 32 small points in five major aspects. Among them, agricultural science and technology innovation, the transfer of peasants’ employment and rural education have drawn much attention. [Challenge] China’s agricultural science and technology innovation and reserve capacity is increasingly inadequate, I should be stronger agriculture, agricultural science and technology innovation is driven
