目的:建立高效液相法测定消栓通络茶中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:经高效液相色谱法测定,kromasilC-18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(31:69)检测波长203nm。结果:进样量2.52~5.88μg线性关系良好(r=0.9997)。结论:该法可用于消栓通络茶中黄芪甲苷测定,及消栓通络茶的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Xiaoshuan Tongluo tea. Methods: The HPLC method was used to determine the kromasil C-18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (31:69) with a detection wavelength of 203 nm. RESULTS: The linear relationship was good between injections of 2.52 and 5.88 μg (r=0.9997). Conclusion: This method can be used for the determination of astragaloside IV in Xiaoshu Tongluo tea and the quality control of Xiaoshuo Tongluo tea.
