在纪念《汉语拼音方案》(以下简称《方案》)发布55周年之际,回顾《方案》在社会各个领域的实行和推广,对我国文教事业产生的巨大推动作用,是应有之义。同时,笔者以为也需要以社会经济、文化发展需求为背景,面对社会语言生活中的新现象、新问题、新需求,思考《方案》的新价值、新的可能性,思考《方案》还可以在哪些领域发挥更大的作用,落实过程中还有哪些问题需要解决。
On the occasion of commemorating the 55th anniversary of the publication of the “Hanyu Pinyin Scheme” (hereinafter referred to as the “Scheme”), it is due to review the implementation and promotion of the “program” in all spheres of the society and its enormous impelling effect on the cultural and educational undertakings of our country.
