利用扫描Kelvin探针(SKP)技术,结合腐蚀产物的形貌分析和物相分析,研究了Q235碳钢和Q450耐候钢在盐雾腐蚀实验早期阶段的腐蚀行为和电位分布.结果表明,Cl-对碳钢有强烈的侵蚀作用,在盐雾腐蚀过程的初期,金属表面出现明显的阴极区和阳极区,表面电位随时间逐步正移,呈现局部腐蚀的特征,且由于合金元素的作用,Q450耐候钢腐蚀较为均匀,SKP测试的表面电位高于Q235碳钢,形成的锈层较为致密,耐大气腐蚀性能优于Q235碳钢.
The corrosion behavior and potential distribution of Q235 carbon steel and Q450 weathering steel in the early stage of salt spray corrosion experiment were studied by scanning Kelvin probe (SKP) technique and the morphology and phase analysis of the corrosion products.The results showed that Cl- Carbon steel has a strong role in erosion. During the early stage of salt spray corrosion, obvious cathode and anode areas appear on the metal surface. The surface potentials gradually move forward with time and exhibit localized corrosion characteristics. Due to the effect of alloying elements, Q450 Weathering steel corrosion is more uniform, SKP test surface potential higher than the Q235 carbon steel, the formation of rust layer is more dense, atmospheric corrosion resistance is better than Q235 carbon steel.
