This article describes the use of special cross-section hole with a reamer (see photo). In order to allow the reamer to smoothly enter the hole to be machined, and to optimize the centering of the hole and to improve the machining accuracy (compared to these indexes when reaming the holes with ΓOCT883-80 and ΓOCT11176-71) The reamer is equipped with a front roller guide 1 and a rear roller guide 2, while the length of the cylindrical portion of the cutting teeth is reduced. The torque is transmitted to the housing 3 by means of a keyed connection with the inserted handle. The cemented carbide inserts 5 welded at an angle of 3 ° to the vertical axis are fixed in the housing slot by means of wedges.
