中年画家肖海春近年来在海内外颇受关注。其作品多次参加海内外展出并入选纽约东方文化公司和香港集古斋出版的两本《现代中国画家册页选集》。香港大业公司出版了收有150幅作品的《肖海春画集》,据悉他的第二本画册出版也正在筹备之中。他的作品进了著名的太古佳士得公司的拍卖目录。在当今中年国画家中,他与贾又福是海外拍卖价格最高的两位。在国内,自1985年他参加《书与画》杂志“以诗征画”大赛获一等奖以来,他的作品陆续在《书与画》、《中国画》、《江苏画刊》和《朵云》杂志上发表。1991年,上海中国画院特聘肖海春为兼职画师。
Middle-aged painter Xiaohai Chun popular attention at home and abroad in recent years. His works have been exhibited both at home and abroad for many times and have been selected as two anthologies of “Collection of Modern Chinese Painters’ Albums” by New York Oriental Culture Company and Hong Kong Ji Gu Zhai. Hong Kong Tung Yip Co., Ltd. published “Xiao Hai-chun’s Picture Collection”, which contains 150 works. It is reported that the publication of his second book is also under preparation. His work is on the auction list of the prestigious Swire Cares company. Among the middle-aged painters of the present age, he and Jia Youfu are the two highest bidders in overseas auctions. In China, since 1985, when he took the first prize in the “Painting and Calligraphy with Poetry” contest in his “Book and Painting” magazine, his works have been successively published in “Book and Painting”, “Chinese Painting”, “Jiangsu Pictorial” Cloud "magazine published. In 1991, Xiao Hai-chun, the chief of the Shanghai Chinese Painting Institute, was a part-time artist.
