用金相、复型技术和硬度实验测试了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢焊缝金属试样表面的微观结构组成结果表明:奥氏体基体与富δ铁素体-带状结构组成的柱状晶是焊缝材料的微观结构特征,相邻富δ铁素体带间距离(约40μm)是这一结构的特征参量试样表面的微观结构依相对焊缝柱状品取向的不同而不同考虑疲劳损伤的局部性和区别试样表面不同尺度、位置微裂纹对疲劳损伤贡献的差异,提出了以“有效短裂纹准则”为核心的疲劳短裂纹行为研究方法
The microstructure of the surface of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel weld metal specimen was tested by metallographic, complex technology and hardness test. The results show that the columnar crystal composed of austenite matrix and δ-rich ferrite-ribbon structure is the material of the weld The microstructure features and the distance between adjacent rich δ-ferrite bands (about 40μm) are the characteristic parameters of this structure. The microstructure of the sample surface varies with the orientation of the weld bead. Considering the locality and difference of fatigue damage The difference of the contribution of microcracks to the fatigue damage at different scales and locations on the specimen surface was studied and a method to study fatigue behavior based on the “effective short crack criterion”
