对某电解铝厂人员进行尿氟及尿羟脯氨酸 (Hyp)测定 ,发现一线工人组的尿氟含量高于二线人员组和家属组 ,差异有高度显著性 ;而三组人员的尿Hyp差异均无显著性。分析认为尿氟测定能迅速反映体内氟负荷水平 ,尿Hyp测定则反映高氟对骨胶原蛋白的损害程度 ,两者既有联系又有区别。测定结果表明在尿氟 (代表血氟 )上升但未达到损害骨胶原蛋白较为严重的程度时 ,尿Hyp并不出现明显的升高 ,这可为今后利用尿氟、尿Hyp测定协助诊断高氟及氟中毒提供参考
