中国京剧院一团自1983年组建以来,时而开顺风船,时而做逆行舟,大整顿有过两度,微调则数不胜数。但是,一团从未被两侧漩涡引离航向,反而越来越坚定地奔向前方的大目标。剧团已由最初的一百一十人减到七十人,除李世济、冯志孝头牌演员外,还有于魁智、陈淑芳、王学勤三位青年主演,以及闵兆华、张学海、张岚、郑岩、李景德这样一个“硬二路”群体。最近,优秀花脸演员马名骏正式调入一团,更增强了它的阵容。这个团目光远,风气正,剧目及演员都具有较强实力,几年来受到首都及各地观众的热烈欢迎。一团经济任务完成得好,在分配问题上有创造性,留下足够的公共积累作“扩大再生产”——在恢复传统剧目的同时还排出新戏。为了深一步了解一团的建设问题,笔者最近走访了这个团的主演兼团长李世济。
Since its foundation in 1983, the Chinese Peking Opera Theater has been running a regular sailboat from time to time and has sometimes been retrograde. There have been two major adjustments and numerous fine-tuning. However, a group has never been detached from the whirlpool on both sides, but more and more firmly toward the big goal ahead. The troupe has been reduced from the initial 110 to 70 people. Apart from Li Shizhi and Feng Zhixiao’s first top performers, there are three young starring Kui Chih, Chen Shu Fang and Wang Xue Qin, as well as Min Zhao Hua, Zhang Xue Hai, Zhang Lan, Zheng Yan and Li Jing De “Hard two road” groups. Recently, the outstanding show actress Ma Mingjun formally transferred into a ball, but also strengthened its lineup. This group has far-reaching vision, good atmosphere, repertoire and performers have strong strength over the past few years by the capital and audiences around the warm welcome. A group of economic tasks have been well accomplished, creative on the issue of distribution, leaving enough public accumulation to “expand reproduction” - a return to new drama while restoring traditional repertoire. In order to further understand the construction of a group of problems, the author recently visited the regiment starring and head Li Shiji.
