师德是教师在教育教学实践中建立起来的比较稳定的道德观念、道德情感、道德行为、道德理想等综合素质。从文化层面看,师德和社会生活中的其他职业道德一样,不过是一些简单的行为规范律令、戒条而已,而实际上随着我们话题的不断深入,人们会发现在冰冷的道德命令背后隐含着人们的价值追求对理想社会的向往,对社会规律的认识和尊重。人之为人或者活动之为人的活动的许多规定性都体现在教师道德的律令之中。
