液压机械的两油缸同步颇为重要,尤其在压力机和工程机械上。为此对几种同步系统作了一些研究和探讨,认为采用动圈式伺服阀控制同步能得到较高的精度,而耗费少,维护简单,滤油精度要求低。本文对使用250吨液压板料折弯压力机上的动圈式伺服阀控制同步这一系统,作了物理性能的分析以及用流量积分式推导和论证了两油缸同步与那些因素有关。具体地分析了空载,平均负载和单端负载三种情况,及实测数据。机床为WY67—250A型板料折弯压力机机床参数: 最大工作压力 250吨最大工作长度 5000毫米两油缸中心距 3585毫米滑块行程 200毫米滑块行程速度空载21毫米/秒满载7毫米/秒回程50毫米/秒主油泵最大工作压力 210公斤力/厘米~2 主油泵最大流量 160升/分油缸有效面积 2×615.7厘米~2
Synchronization of the two hydraulic cylinders is very important, especially in presses and construction machinery. To this end, some researches and discussions are made on several synchronous systems. It is believed that the control accuracy of moving coil servo valve can be higher, the cost is less, the maintenance is simple and the precision of oil filter is low. In this paper, the system of dynamic servo valve control synchronization on a bending press with 250 tons of hydraulic sheet metal was analyzed, the physical property was analyzed, and the integral of the flow was used to deduce and prove that the synchronization of two cylinders was related to those factors. Specific analysis of the no-load, average load and single-ended load of three cases, and measured data.
