张敏的“大讨论 大突破 大发展——改革开放以来关于上海发展的三次大讨论”梳理了改革开放以来,上海就有关上海未来发展方向进行的三次大讨论的基本情况,简要分析了这三次大讨论不同的历史背景和主题,指出每次大讨论的结果都对上海的发展起到了积极的推进作用。最近开展的关于上海城市精神的大讨论,必将为上海的发展打开了新的窗口,使之能在更高的层次上加快发展步伐。
Zhang Min’s “Big Discussion Breakthroughs in Great Development - Three Big Discussions on Shanghai’s Development since Reform and Opening up” outlined the basic conditions for Shanghai’s three major discussions on the future direction of Shanghai since the reform and opening up, and briefly analyzed these three Discussing different historical backgrounds and topics, pointing out that the results of each major discussion have played a positive role in promoting Shanghai’s development. The recent major discussion on the urban spirit of Shanghai will surely open a new window for the development of Shanghai so that it can accelerate the pace of development at a higher level.
