我局在运量逐年增加的情况下,一些繁忙线路区段,列车间隔已不足十分钟,不但机械上道困难,人工维修也难以维持,为保持线路处于良好的状态,保证列车运行安全,必须寻找能够维修线路的路子,即开“天窗”维修线路。国内外实践证明,开“天窗”不但解决了线路维修问题,还会产生一些综合效益。但真正落实这项工作,尚需领导的决策,运输工务探讨等部门的密切配合和周密安排。
