党的十五大首次正式提出邓小平理论,并把它确立为党的指导思想,这是我们党经过近二十年改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的成功实践作出的历史性决策.这一决策反映了全党和全国人民的共识和心愿,表达了第三代中央领导集体和亿万人民把建设有中国特色社会主义事业全面推向21世纪的决心和信念.在全党、全国人民认真学习和贯彻十五大精神之际,笔者就邓小平理论的经济学突破作以下探讨.
The 15th CPC National Congress formally proposed Deng Xiaoping Theory for the first time and established it as the party’s guiding ideology, which is a historic decision made by our party through the successful practice of the two decades of reform and opening up as well as the socialist modernization drive. Expressed the consensus and aspiration of the entire party and the people throughout the country and expressed the determination and faith of the third generation of central collective leadership and hundreds of millions of people in promoting the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics to the 21st century in an all-round way. In carrying out the spirit of the 15th National Congress, the author discusses the following breakthroughs in the economics of Deng Xiaoping Theory.
