中华人民共和国农业部令(第34号)《渤海生物资源养护规定》已于2004年1月15日经农业部第2次常务会议审议通过,现予发布,自2004年5月1日起实施。部长:杜青林二○○四年二月十二日第一章总则第一条为保护、增殖和合理利用渤海生物资源,保护渤海水域生态环境,保障渔业生产者合法权益,促进渤海渔业可持续发展,根据《中华人民共和国渔业法》和《中华人民共和国海洋环境保护法》等法律法规,制定本规定。
Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China (No.34) The Regulation on the Conservation of Bohai Sea Biological Resources was reviewed and passed by the second executive meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture on January 15, 2004 and is hereby promulgated and implemented as of May 1, 2004 . Minister: Du Qinglin February 12, 2004 Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to protect, multiply and make rational use of the Bohai Sea biological resources, protect the ecological environment in the Bohai Sea, protect the legitimate rights and interests of fishery producers and promote the sustainable development of the fishery in the Bohai Sea These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the laws and regulations such as the Fisheries Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of the Marine Environment.
