目的观察不同剂量T-2毒素作用下大鼠切牙成釉细胞的形态变化,探讨其对牙釉质形成的影响。方法选择60只SD大鼠,随机分为3组:对照组,实验组1和实验组2,T-2毒素灌胃剂量分别为0ng/gBW/d,100ng/gBW/d和200ng/gBW/d。4周后处死动物,沿大鼠右下切牙长轴做连续切片,HE染色法观察T-2毒素对成釉细胞形态的影响。结果肉眼观察染毒组大鼠切牙色淡黄,透光度和光泽不好。光镜下可见染毒组成釉细胞Tome’s突消失,细胞扭曲变形且可见细空泡,高剂量T-2毒素影响更明显。结论 T-2毒素可使大鼠切牙的分泌期和转换器的成釉细胞形态发生改变,进而使肉眼观呈现釉质发育不全的临床改变。
Objective To observe the morphological changes of ameloblasts in rat incisors treated with different doses of T-2 to explore the effect on the enamel formation. Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, experimental group 1 and experimental group 2. The doses of T-2 toxin were 0ng / g BW / d, 100ng / g BW / d and 200ng / g BW / d. After 4 weeks, the animals were sacrificed and cut along the long axis of the right lower incisor. The morphological changes of ameloblasts were observed by HE staining. Results The naked eyes of the rats in the exposure group were yellowish, with poor light transmission and gloss. Under light microscope, the Tome’s process of enamel cells disappeared, the cells were distorted and showed fine vacuoles, and the effect of high-dose T-2 toxin was more obvious. Conclusions T-2 toxin can change the morphology of rat ameloblasts during the secretory phase of the incisors and the converter, which in turn makes the macroscopic view of clinical changes of enamel hypoplasia.
