目的介绍 2例高位颈髓髓内血管瘤成功的手术切除。 方法显微镜下精细操作 ,严格控制入路范围 ,避免损伤重要运动、感觉神经纤维。 结果 2例术后症状均改善。 结论高位颈髓髓内血管瘤显微镜下精细操作全切除预后良好。
Objective To introduce the successful surgical resection of 2 cases of cervical intramedullary hemangioma. Methods Fine operation under the microscope, strict control of the approach range, to avoid damage to important sports, sensory nerve fibers. Results 2 cases of postoperative symptoms were improved. Conclusion The high level cervical intramedullary hemangioma with fine operation under the microscope has a good prognosis.
