本文主要研究特大型球磨机衬板的耐磨性以期提高衬板的使用寿命,研究新型耐磨材料及其在冲击磨损条件下,对不同组织,不同载荷,不同磨料抗磨特性进行试验研究,对磨损表面形貌及亚表层变化在扫描电镜下进行观察分析,经研究 ZG30CrMnSiMoTi 耐磨铸钢制造特大湿式中硬矿球磨机衬板具有较高的强度,硬度、韧性配合具有较高的抗磨料磨损性能。通过工业装机实际运转取得较高的使用寿命。
