目的:对叶酸联合幽门螺杆菌根除对加快慢性萎缩性胃炎痊愈速度的效果进行观察分析。方法:选取惠东县白花镇卫生院2013年6月-2014年6月收治的72例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为本次研究的对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组36例患者,对照组患者采用叶酸治疗,观察组患者在3联hp根除治疗的基础上联合叶酸治疗,对比两组的加快痊愈速度的效果观察。结果:治疗后观察组痊愈的所需时间明显少于对照组,在治疗1个月两组患者的症状评分和治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗3个月后均优于治疗前,且观察组患者与对照组患者相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用叶酸、幽门螺杆菌根除方法联合治疗,痊愈速度快,治疗效果显著。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the effect of folic acid combined with Helicobacter pylori eradication on accelerating the recovery of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: A total of 72 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated in Baihua Town Hospital of Huidong County from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 36 patients in each group, The patients in the control group were treated with folic acid. The patients in the observation group were treated with folic acid on the basis of triple hp eradication therapy, and the effect of accelerating the recovery rate was compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the time required for recovery in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups at 1 month after treatment and before treatment (P> 0.05). After 3 months of treatment Both were better than before treatment, and the observation group compared with patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with folic acid, Helicobacter pylori eradication combined treatment, recovery rate, the treatment effect is remarkable.
