一、认真学习贯彻中央《通知》和江泽民同志重要讲话精神,进一步增强学习邓小平理论的自觉性。中央《通知》对当前学习邓小平理论的重要性和紧迫性作了充分的阐述,为我们深入学习、认真实践邓小平理论指明了方向。江泽民同志的重要讲话,从国际国内大局的高度,从实现党的十五大提出的跨世纪宏伟目标的高度,从加强党的建设、充分发挥党对社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设领导作用的高度,深刻论述了学习邓小平理论的重要性、紧迫性,具有很强的指导意义,是兴起理论学习新高潮的“号召书”、“动员令”。全省各级党组织要认真组织党员干部学习中央《通知》和江泽民同志讲话精神,充分认识深入学习邓小平理论的重大意义,增强学习的自觉性和紧迫感,进一步明确兴起理论学习新高潮的主要任务、目标要求,扎扎实实地兴起理论学习新高潮。
