我国海洋资源管理方面还有很多的问题亟待解决，本文在分析我国海洋资源管理现状的基础上，指出我国海洋资源管理中存在的一些问题和不足之处，针对问题提出了具体的解决方案，为我国海洋资源管理的进一步完善提出可行性建议。
