我是《世界知识》杂志的一名老读者。记得在1956年我12岁时,从《世界知识》上读到“怎样学习国际时事”笔谈会的文章,作者有刘思慕、李纯青、王铁崖、梅汝璈等专家。笔谈会向读者介绍学习国际时事的方法和体会。我如获至宝,把那些文章汇集在一起,保存至今。从1957年开始,我就坚持订阅《世界知识》,直到“文革”《世界知识》停刊。1979年《世界知识》复刊的消息传出时,我正在南京护理沉疴不起的父亲,我当即汇钱给泗阳的亲戚拜托他为我订阅《世界知识》。从那时至今我一直订阅这本我喜爱的杂志不辍。
I am an old reader of World Knowledge magazine. I remember in 1956 I was 12 years old, read from the “world knowledge” to “how to learn international affairs” Colloquium article, author Liu Simu, Li Chunqing, Wang Tieya, Mei Ruhuan and other experts. When news of the resumption of World Knowledge came out in 1979, I was nursing my father in Nanking. Immediately, I sent my money to my relatives in Siyang for a subscription to “World Knowledge” for me. Since then I have been subscribing to my favorite magazine.
