江泽民同志在党的十五大报告中指出:“采取改组、联合、兼并、租赁、承包经营和股份合作制、出售等形式、加快放开搞活国有小型企业的步伐。” 本刊特约请上海印刷(集团)公司副总经理、主人印刷厂厂长毛来同志就他们厂买行股份合作制的做法和体会撰写了此文,以期对一些印刷厂改制、转轨、走出困境有所启迪。
Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out in the report of the 15th National Party Congress: “Restructuring, alliances, mergers, acquisitions, leases, contracted operations, joint-stock cooperatives, and sales are all forms of acceleration, and the pace of liberalizing and invigorating small state-owned enterprises has been accelerated.” Comrade Mao Lai, deputy general manager of the (Group) company and owner of the printing factory, wrote this article on the practice and experience of the joint stock cooperative system of their factories, in the hope of inspiring some printing companies to change their system, change course, and get out of difficulties.
