周泽彬,中共党员,历任船舶驾驶员、船长,2011年10月起任中海发展股份有限公司货轮公司海务部综合监督科副科长。1997年7月毕业于集美航海学院船舶驾驶专业的他,因勤奋好学、踏实肯干,在不到10年时间里就从实习驾驶员成长为远洋船长,时年33岁。周泽彬业务精湛,技术一流,宽厚待人,为人友善,工作兢兢业业,在大金沛轮任船长时,指挥船舶勇救落水台湾渔民,救助遇险公司姐妹船舶万寿山轮;
