省委、省政府做出实施“绿色河北攻坚工程”的决策部署后,卢龙县委、县政府高度重视,全民动手,迅速行动,在全县深入开展了生态建设攻坚年活动,把造林绿化作为防治大气污染的重要举措摆上突出位置,科学规划、统筹安排,严格标准、规范实施,2014年春季绿化造林3.59万亩,超额完成省定的1.6万亩造林任务,森林覆盖率提高2.49个百分点。
