人车箕斗底架是矿井提升系统的关键部件之一,为获得其结构及功能特性的最优,采用了基于ANSYS的有限元分析方法,而有限元分析的首要条件是有限元模型的正确建立。通过对底架纵横梁的接触模拟、底架板簧支承的模拟以及纵横梁表面均布载荷方向确定这3个关键问题的处理,建立了底架的有限元模型,为后续底架的静力分析、模态分析奠定了基础。
People’s car skip chassis is one of the key components of mine hoisting system. In order to obtain the best structural and functional characteristics, the finite element analysis method based on ANSYS is adopted. The first condition of finite element analysis is that the finite element model is correct set up. Through the simulation of the contact of longitudinal and cross beams of the chassis, the simulation of the support of leaf springs on the chassis and the determination of the uniform load direction of the longitudinal and cross beams, the finite element model of the chassis is established. Analysis, modal analysis laid the foundation.
