有人把少儿电视节目比作“小儿科”,认为少儿电视节目只需把蹦蹦跳跳、打打闹闹的素材经过简单、机械的加工就可完成,无需艺术观念及艺术手段的界入,这是一种幼稚的认识。实际上少儿电视节目在表现童年天性的同时还应体现出很高的艺术品位,尤其通过对大连电视台少儿节目十余年发展的思考,我们愈加坚定这种认识。少儿电视节目应体现童年的天性,这是天经地义的事。我们认为童年天性主要包含参与意识和率真个性两部分。少年儿童对事物充满热情、好奇,而且没有顾虑,参与意识非常强烈。率真个性是少儿品性在参与中的自然流露,因为自然而显得真实,因为真实而显得珍贵。少儿电视节目体现童年天性的同时
