Recently, Fujian Province has formulated four measures to promote the steady development of real estate in order to fully implement the state’s regulation and control policies on stabilizing housing consumption, put the de-inventing of real estate in a prominent position, continue to strengthen the construction of affordable housing projects, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the real estate industry: (1 ) Establish and improve the real estate project library, sort out the province under construction and proposed construction projects, take appropriate measures for different types of projects to accelerate.
