本文根据我国典型内陆省份——河南的具体情况,提出了改善河南投资环境、建立一个富有弹性和开放型投资环境的系列对策。旨在为加快河南引进外资、促进外向型经济发展、优化地区产业结构等提供科学依据。
Based on the specific situation of Henan Province, a typical inland province in China, this paper proposes a series of measures to improve the investment environment in Henan Province and establish a flexible and open investment environment. The purpose is to provide scientific basis for accelerating the introduction of foreign investment in Henan Province, promoting the development of an export-oriented economy and optimizing the industrial structure in the region.
