乙型肝炎垂直传播是指乙型肝炎或无症状携带 HBsAg 的孕妇在围产期或分娩时将HBV 垂直传给婴儿的过程。现将我院1983年9月至11月在妇产科正常分娩的产妇采脐血100例及同时采脐血与母血100例送检测 HBsAg。HBsAg 阳性的产妇再检测 HBeAg及抗—HBe。报告如下。
Hepatitis B transmission is the vertical transmission of hepatitis B or asymptomatic HBsAg pregnant women during the perinatal or childbirth of HBV vertical transmission to infants. Now in our hospital from September 1983 to November in the obstetrics and gynecology normal delivery of maternal umbilical cord blood taken 100 cases and simultaneous detection of 100 cases of cord blood and maternal blood sent to detect HBsAg. HBsAg-positive mothers then tested for HBeAg and anti-HBe. The report is as follows.
