实施绩效管理对于深化电力体制改革,提高电网企业管理水平,建立现代人力资源管理体系具有重要意义。随着湖北省电力公司绩效管理工作的推进,对现有培训模式既带来了新的要求和挑战,也带来了机遇和发展。本文试从湖北省电力公司推行绩效管理的必要性,绩效管理体系的建立及其对培训的影响,现有培训现状与对策三方面进行阐述。
The implementation of performance management is of great significance for deepening the reform of the power system, improving the management level of power grid enterprises and establishing a modern human resources management system. With the progress of the performance management of power company in Hubei Province, it brings both new requirements and challenges to the existing training mode as well as opportunities and development. This paper tries to illustrate the necessity of implementing performance management, the establishment of performance management system and its influence on training in Hubei Electric Power Company, and the current training situation and countermeasures.
