本文报道以BERH-2肝癌细胞株为材料,采用氯仿-甲醇混合溶剂提取并应用DEAE-Sephadex A-25柱层析及球型多孔硅胶Iatrabeads柱层析,分离及纯化肝癌相关的神经节苷脂。
