采用微波消解—电感耦合等离子质谱技术(ICP-MS)对不同产地莪术的28种微量元素含量进行了测定。结果表明:不同产地莪术药材中均含有Li、Hg、Be、Mg、Pb、K、V、Ca、Cu、Ti、As、Cr、Mn、Ba、Fe、Tl、Ni、Zn、Ga、Sb、Na、Sr、Cd、Al等元素。不同产地莪术中微量元素含量存在差异,K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe、Al、Zn等元素的含量较高,具有一定的药用价值,为合理用药和开发利用中药莪术植物资源提供参考。
The contents of 28 trace elements in Curcuma phaeocaulis from different habitats were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results showed that the contents of Li, Hg, Be, Mg, Pb, K, V, Ca, Cu, Ti, As, Cr, Mn, Ba, Fe, Tl, Ni, Zn, Ga, Sb, Na, Sr, Cd, Al and other elements. There are differences in the content of trace elements in different areas of Zedoary, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Al, Zn and other elements of higher levels, has some medicinal value for the rational use of medicines and development and utilization of Curcuma plant resources to provide a reference.
