《金匮要略》当归芍药散治“妇人怀孕,腹中疗痛,及妇人腹中诸疾痛”。笔者在临证中用此方加减治疗多种疾病,获得一定疗效。头痛(肝虚血滞):刘某,女,35岁,工人。于1987年5月7日就诊。头痛二年余,经多方医治无效,西医诊断为神经性头痛。诊见头痛耳鸣,两目干涩畏光,心烦,夜寐多梦,两胁微胀,不欲饮食,头痛严重时有针刺感,同时伴有两手乏力,指尖发麻,小腹疼痛,舌质淡红苔薄白,脉沉而弦。证属肝虚血滞。治宜补肝升阳,行滞止痛,当归芍药散加味;当归20克,白芍30克,川芎20克,白术12克,茯苓15克,枸杞30克,桃仁10克,红花10克,黄芪30克,党
