目的识别某公司新型柔软复合绝缘材料技改项目可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素,确定危害类别,对拟采取的职业病危害防护设施进行分析与评价。方法采用类比法、检查表法与定量分级法相结合的原则进行评价。结果该技改项目主要职业病有害因素类比检测值为:粉尘0.30~4.10 mg/m3,噪声66.30~82.10dB(A),甲苯2.00~45.00 mg/m3,丙酮2.60~362.00 mg/m3,均未超过卫生限值。结论从职业卫生角度分析,该技改项目属于职业病危害一般项目,拟采取的职业病危害防护设施基本符合国家职业卫生标准。
Objective To identify the occupational hazards that may occur and exist in the technological innovation project of a new soft composite insulating material of a company, determine the types of hazards, and analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards prevention facilities to be taken. Methods The methods of analogy, checklist and quantitative classification were used to evaluate the method. Results The analogy of the harmful elements of occupational diseases was 0.30-4.10 mg / m3, noise 66.30-82.10 dB (A), toluene 2.00-45.00 mg / m3 and acetone 2.60-362.00 mg / m3, all of which did not exceed Health limits. Conclusion From the point of view of occupational health, the technical renovation project belongs to the general project of occupational hazards, and the occupational hazards protection facilities to be adopted basically meet the national occupational health standards.
