目的探讨我院门诊患者用药咨询情况,以进一步提高药学服务质量。方法采取回顾性分析对我院2013年1月至10月580份药物咨询记录,按照咨询者身份、咨询内容、咨询药物类别等进行分析统计。结果咨询者身份最多的是患者(家属);咨询内容以用法用量和药物不良反应为主;咨询最多的药物是呼吸系统和消化系统药物。结论药物咨询可以使患者掌握正确的用药方法,有利于提高患者用药的依从性,保证用药安全有效。
Objective To explore the situation of consultation of outpatients in our hospital to further improve the quality of pharmacy services. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2013 to October 580 drug counseling records, in accordance with the identity of the consultant, consulting content, consulting the type of drug analysis and statistics. Results Consultant most patients (family members); consultation content usage and adverse reactions based; the most consulted drugs respiratory and digestive drugs. Conclusions Drug counseling can help patients master the correct medication, which helps to improve the compliance of medication and ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication.
