目的 描述传染性非典型肺炎 [严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS) ]传播链 ,以探讨该病在人群中传播的规律和特征。方法 对北京市第一起输入性疫情相关的病例及其密切接触者逐一进行流行病学调查 ,分析病例之间的关系 ,并采集相关标本进行实验室检测。结果 2 0 0 3年 3月 5日北京市发生第一例输入性SARS病例 ,并在家庭内和医院造成 9人感染 ,其中 2例死亡 ;指示病例潜伏期为 4天 ,第二代病例潜伏期为平均 7天 (4~ 1 7天 ) ,第三代病例较少 ,潜伏期为 8天。潜伏期越短 ,发热维持时间越长 ,病情越重。经及时采取综合控制措施 ,疫情得到控制。结论 SARS在传播过程中存在家庭及医院聚集性 ,主要为呼吸道飞沫传播和密切接触传播
Objective To describe the transmission chain of SARS [Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)] in order to explore the regularity and characteristics of the spread of SARS in the population. Methods Epidemiological investigation was carried out one after the other for the first imported epidemic-related cases and their close contacts in Beijing. The relationship between the cases was analyzed and relevant specimens were collected for laboratory testing. Results The first case of imported SARS occurred in Beijing on March 5, 2003, and 9 people were infected in the home and in the hospital, of which 2 died. The indicated period of incubation was 4 days. The incubation period of the second generation was Average 7 days (4 ~ 17 days), the third generation of fewer cases, the incubation period of 8 days. The shorter incubation period, longer fever maintenance, the more serious the disease. After timely and comprehensive control measures, the epidemic was under control. Conclusions There are family and hospital agglomerations in the transmission of SARS, mainly respiratory droplets spread and close contact transmission
