南芬露天铁矿的采矿生产管理和调度指挥方式多年来一直沿用传统的人工固定配车模式和无线对讲喊话的通讯方式,生产数据由人工录入,工作效率低下,难以适应现代化大矿山逐年递增的大规模采矿和剥岩生产任务发展的需要,严重制约了卡车运输效率的提高,而且一旦设备发生故障,信息沟通困难,设备容易出现空转、空耗、空跑现象,既影响生产效率,又增加生产成本。为了改变这种古老而又传统的调度管理模式,加速实现矿山信息化、数字化、现代化建设的步伐,南芬露天铁矿与丹东东方测控技术有限公司合作成功开发的GPS卡车智能调度管理系统,能够有效提高矿山生产效率、降低运营成本、提升管理决策水平,实现由以往落后的“人工调度”向现在先进的“智能调度”转变的质的飞跃。
