附录Ⅸ生产质量保证(模式 D)1 履行2中义务的制造厂,应保证并声明有关产品符合 EC 型式检验合格证书所描述的型号样品及导则中适用要求。制造厂或其在欧共体设立的代表处应在每件产品贴上 CE 标志,并起草一份其符合型号样品的书面说明(见附录 XV)。CE 标志还应附有负责按4中监督制造厂的合格评定机构的识别号。2 制造厂应具有一套如3中规定经认可的生产、最终产品检验和试验的质量系统并应按4接受监督。
APPENDIX IX MANUFACTURED QUALITY ASSURANCE (MODEL D) 1 The manufacturer performing the obligations in 2 shall ensure and declare that the product meets the applicable requirements in the type samples and guidelines described in the EC Type Approval Certificate. The manufacturer or its representative office established in the European Community shall affix a CE mark on each product and prepare a written statement of its conformity with the model number (see Appendix XV). The CE mark shall also be accompanied by the identification number of the conformity assessment body responsible for monitoring the manufacturer by 4. 2 The manufacturer shall have a system of quality systems for the inspection and testing of approved production and end-products as specified in 3 and shall be subject to supervision 4.
