本文应用体外细胞培养方法,研究了景德镇所属九个陶瓷矿山粉尘对细胞的毒性作用,采用细胞存活率、乳酸脱氢酶和细胞内钾含量三项指标进行观察。结果表明,各种粉尘对肺泡巨噬细胞均有不同程度的毒性。用定量的方法综合三项指标危害指数比较了不同陶瓷矿山粉尘的毒性作用。本研究对陶瓷矿山粉尘危害分级管理提供了理论及实际应用依据。
In this paper, in vitro cell culture methods were used to study the toxic effects of dust on nine cell ceramic mines belonging to Jingdezhen. The cell viability, lactate dehydrogenase and intracellular potassium contents were observed. The results showed that all kinds of dust on alveolar macrophages have varying degrees of toxicity. The toxic effects of different ceramic mine dusts were compared by the quantitative method combining the three indexes hazard index. This study provides a theoretical and practical basis for the classification management of dust hazard in ceramic mines.
