研究了羟丙基纤维素和羟丙基醋酸纤维素的合成反应规律。发现制备羟丙基纤维素的较佳反应条件为:反应温度40℃左右,反应时间2小时或稍长。羟丙基含量随环氧丙烷浓度的增加而直线上升;羟丙基醋酸纤维素的制备条件与醋酸纤维素相似,且随羟丙基含量的增加,所需醋化和水解的时间降低。考察了羟丙基醋酸纤维素反渗透膜的制备工艺,发现以甘油—正丙醇或磷酸为添加剂,蒸发时间30~60S较为合适。羟丙基醋酸纤维素反渗透膜性能与醋酸纤维素相当,但前者可用于较高的温度。
The synthesis of hydroxypropyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose acetate was studied. The preferred reaction conditions for the preparation of hydroxypropylcellulose were found to be: a reaction temperature of about 40 ° C, a reaction time of 2 hours or a little longer. The content of hydroxypropyl group increased linearly with the increase of propylene oxide concentration. The preparation condition of hydroxypropyl cellulose acetate was similar to that of cellulose acetate. With the increase of hydroxypropyl content, the time needed for the esterification and hydrolysis decreased. The preparation process of hydroxypropyl cellulose acetate reverse osmosis membrane was investigated. It was found that glycerol-n-propanol or phosphoric acid could be used as the additive, and the evaporation time was 30-60S. Hydroxypropyl cellulose acetate reverse osmosis membrane performance and cellulose acetate, but the former can be used for higher temperatures.
