目的 采取回顾性病例对照的研究方法,观察不同剂量Gn对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者胚胎结果的影响.方法 对24 3名因单纯输卵管因素行IVF长方案助孕患者新鲜周期胚胎结果进行回顾性分析,其中单纯用HMG进行COH32例(A组),其中Gn< 2000IU(A1组)1例,2000< Gn≤3000(A2组)6例,3000< Gn≤4000(A3组)14例,4 000< Gn≤5 000(A4组)8例,GN≥5000(A5组)3例:使用HMG+普利康进行COH77例(B组),Gn< 2000IU(B1组)6例,其中2000< Gn≤3000(B2组)23例,3000 <Gn≤4000(B3组)31例,4000< Gn≤5000(B4组)10例,GN≥5000(B5组)7例:使用HMG+果纳芬进行COH133例(C组),其中Gn< 2000IU(C1组)1 3例,2000< Gn≤3000(C2组)79例,3000< Gn≤4000 (C3组)31例,4000< Gn≤5000(C4组)8例,GN≥5000(C5组)2例,对比A、B、C组内不同Gn剂量对胚胎结果情况.结果 在A组内,A5组2PN卵裂率高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A5组受精率高于可移植胚率高于其他组,A2组可移植胚率高于其他组、A2组优胚率高于其他组、但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在B组内,B5组受精率高于A1,A2,A3,A4组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、B4组优质胚胎率高于A1,A2,A3,A5组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B4组2PN卵裂率高于其他组、B5组可移植胚率高于其他组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在C组内,C5组受精率高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C5组2PN卵裂但率高于其他组、C5组可移植胚率高于其他组、C1组优质胚胎率高于其他组,但差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于IVF患者,使用不同Gn剂量可对胚胎结局产生不同影响,但Gn剂量与局并非呈正相关.“,”Objective:To observe the effect of different doses of Gn on the embryonic outcome of IVF-ET patients in retrospective follow-up study.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 243 patients with IVF long regimen was studied retrospectively.The results showed that there were 1 case of Gn<2000IU (A1 group),2000<Gnu≤ 3000),8 cases of 4000<Gnu≤4000 (A3 group),8 cases of 4000<Gnu≤5000 (A4 group),and 3 cases of GN>5000 (AS group) (Group B),Gn<2000IU (group B1) 6 cases,of which39 cases of 29 2000<Gn ≤ 3000 (B2 group) 23 cases,3000<Gn ≤ 4000 (B3 group) 31 cases,4000<Gn ≤ 5000 (B4 group) 10 (Group C),including Gn<2000IU (C1 group) in 13 cases,2000<Gn ≤ 3000 (C2 group) 79 cases,39 cases of 3000<Gnu≤4000 (C3 group),8 cases of 4000<Gnu≤5000 (C4 group),2 cases of GN>5000 (C5 group),and the results of different Gn dose in the A,B and C groups were compared.Results:In group A,the cleavage rate of 2PN in A5 group was higher than that in other groups (P<0.05).The fertilization rate of A5 group was higher than that of other group,(P>0.05).In group B,the fertilization rate in group B was higher than that in group A1,A2,A3 and A4,and the difference was significant (P>0.05) (P<0.05).The rate of high-quality embryos in B4 group was higher than that in A1,A2,A3 and A5 patients (P< 0.05).The cleavage rate of BP group was higher than that of other group (P< 0.05).In the C group,the fertilization rate of C5 group was higher than that of other groups,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05),C5 group 2PN egg was not statistically significant (P>0.05) (P<0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant (P <0.05),but the difference was not significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:For patients with IVF,the use of different Gn doses may have different effects on the outcome of the embryo,but the Gn dose is not positively related to the outcome.
