心理训练是现代体育训练的重要组成部分。紧张和焦虑是运动员在赛前和赛中出现的不良情绪。教练员和运动员在训练中要从实际出发,因人而异来解决赛前所出现的不良心理状态,以便在比赛中取得优异的成绩。本文通过运动员赛前情绪紧张的心理过程分析,有针对性地提出了运动员赛前情绪的行之有效的调控方法,可供广大教练员、运动员进行赛前心理训练时的参考。笔者认为,研究运动员在训练和比赛时心理状态的目的是为了提高运动员的心理素质,使运动员能够在紧张激烈地运动竞赛中,保持稳定的心理因素,以夺取比赛的胜利。
Psychological training is an important part of modern sports training. Tension and anxiety are the negative emotions that athletes experience before and during the game. Coaches and athletes in the training should proceed from reality, vary from person to person to resolve the adverse psychological state before the game in order to achieve excellent results in the competition. In this paper, by analyzing the psychological process of athletes before emotional stress, we put forward the effective control methods of athlete pre-match emotions, which can be used as a reference for the majority of coaches and athletes in pre-competition psychological training. The author believes that the purpose of studying the psychological status of athletes in training and competition is to improve the psychological quality of athletes so that the athletes can maintain the stable psychological factors and win the competition in the intense athletic competition.
