Corporate culture is the soul of enterprise production and management and the deep structure, which shape the face and style of the enterprise with culture. However, at present, most enterprises still have misunderstandings on the corporate culture. Enterprises should rationally clean up the traditional cultural awareness, optimize the corporate cultural value system, re-endow the corporate culture connotation, and create new vitality. The remodeling of corporate culture must break with the traditional thinking and achieve the following transformation: the shift of people-oriented value orientation. At present, most enterprises basically have such a concept, but they are only staying in a materially people-oriented stage and they always seek to break through the shackles of material self and achieve their spiritual self.
