本文认为,教学质量关系老年大学成败;而教学管理创新又是影响教学质量的关键。新形势下不断推进教学管理创新,就要在教学管理理念、教学管理目标、教学管理机制、教学管理方法、教学管理过程等方面的创新上着眼、着力。
This paper argues that the quality of teaching is related to the success or failure of elder universities, and that the innovation of teaching management is the key to the quality of teaching. Under the new situation, to promote the innovation of teaching management, we must focus our efforts on innovations in teaching management philosophy, teaching management objectives, teaching management mechanism, teaching management method and teaching management process.
